I recently had the pleasure of staying at “Hotel New Ganga” and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The behavior of the hotel staff was impeccable; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth truly made me feel welcome.
The rooms & bathrooms were clean & there was proper water supply. Cozy bed but what’s the purpose of a TV if u can’t provide any channels. The staff behaviour was fine during check-in. They also provides discounts but didn’t like their behaviour during checkout.
Please tell the staff to stop giving multiple reminders to check out the rooms. One reminder is enough. And please don’t force anyone to give feedback of 5 stars. Instead request them to leave a honest feedback.
And I suggest them to provide thick & dark coloured curtains to cover the windows because the curtains provided presently are light-transparent & donot block the sun rays & I couldn’t sleep properly after sun rise because the light entered the whole room even after the curtains were covered. So my sleep wasn’t completed properly because of the light & improper curtains.
The AC was working fine at night..but in the morning the AC stopped working.. I couldn’t figure out why. So, please look into these matters & improve it further. There was lift too but I didn’t saw them to allow us to use it. They also have a restaurant which I haven’t tried.
Perfect location , price is not high and not low, rooms are spacious but needs to clean frequently because i find it dusty, good behaviour of the staffs but they didnt gave me offer haha i stayed for 4 days . Overall good hotel .
Room was very big and spacious. Food is very costly and limited items were available. Room was neat and clean. TV was hardly working as it has limited channels which is a negative.
This hotel is located in the prime spot of the city . Every showroom, malls , station nearby . Rooms are quite big with nice view around , quick and smooth services. Need to improve food and beverage quality.
