I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on 5/12/24 and 6/12/24, and I must say, it was an excellent experience!
Location: Perfectly situated, making it convenient for travelers.
Service: Absolutely superb! Despite our late arrival at 11:00 PM, we were served hot, delicious food—a testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction.
At 11:30 PM, we noticed a minor issue with the flash in our room. A quick call to the staff, and they resolved it promptly and efficiently. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their swift response!
Special mention to the front office staff, especially the kind Madam who guided us with clear directions from Varanasi to the hotel. Her assistance was invaluable.
Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Krishna, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality and warm demeanor. His efforts truly elevated our stay and made it memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great location. I will definitely return on my next visit!

It’s a hidden Gem. Happened to visit Rajir,stayed there for 2 days.The location of the property is excellent, away from the city chaos, with proximity to all the visit places.Didn’t expect such a wonderful lavish property and hospitality. The property was very posh, neat and clean.The room was very nice with all the facilities you imagine.The staff was very polite and courteous.The most impressive was the food and the restaurant service.Every item we had ordered was excellent.Also to mention the fun we had pool side.

Rooms and location is good. Room service is pointless. You will order bed tea and it won’t come. Also service in restaurant is a disaster. Waiter won’t come to table. Someone will take order but forget to place order. Order will be taken again after 30 mins of waiting. Wrong food is being served. Waiters are not aware of the food listed in the menu.
The hotel is excellent because I enjoy the food. Good taste is amazing, but there is one thing the time which hotel takes to serve a food is a very long time and staff are also good but sometimes staffs are so busy that they aren’t able to take orders. I like the food taste and view. The quality of the food is absolutely good and delicious.
