Have not expected this sort of well received customer service. Simply beyond. I have seen only some of the best hotels in Bangalore taking care of the guests like this but this hotel ,it’s staff and services are undoubtedly to be rated 5. Trust me it’s a play to stay …and enjoy being in .
Hotel ambience was good. Rooms were large amd spacious. Staff was courteous. 2 stars less due to very few options for breakfast and cleanliness of the dining area.
Perfect for the birthday parties, engagement functions, though we have committed for 100 pax, they could serve 80 more members at a very short notice with same taste and same no. items on time. Taste here is ultimate. Best place to celebrate family and friends.
Enjoyed the stay. Basement parking available. Restaurant is available at the hotel & the vibe is also great. Cleanly maintained rooms.
We booked a suite room but were given an executive room. Housekeeping is not upto the mark. Food also was just ok. After much discussion with reception, the room was changed to suite room which was a huge disappointment. The key card was not working, washroom dint have a lock, lights were dingy. Worst part is there is no parking. We had a very bad experience here. They are better places in anantpur at the same price with much better facilities. We ended up here as all other places were full.
