It’s a wonderful homestay.
Most attractive is the kitchen cum drawing . In the evening this places attract us more bcoz for a wonderfull get together and adda with the other guest and the family of the owners.
The hospitality is more than 10stars.
And mechuka itself a mini switzerland.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The homestay’s location is perfect, offering a serene environment while being conveniently close to local attractions. Staying at Dhondup Homestay in Mechuka was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we were genuinely touched by his efforts to cater to all our needs.

Recently I have been to Mechuka Valley and stayed at Dhondhup Homestay and I must stay it is one of the best Home stays i have stayed till date.
The hosts are very welcoming and friendly , always went out of the limits to cater our needs , to ensure comfortable stay for guests. The rooms were very well maintained , clean and spacious. The location of the home stay is very convenient to explore the main attractions of the place.
And not to forget , The homemade Delicious meals prepared by his wife with so much love made our stay more comfortable!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Mechuka!!
My visit to Mechuka became exciting as I chose to stay in Dhondup Homestay which is a walk away distance from the main Bazar Road. The host is a noble and mild person who serve as per the need of the guests. Rooms are kept near and clean with well-equipped attached washrooms. I loved it very much.
