Very bad experience. Restaurant serves smelly rotten chicken with lots of spices to cover up the smell. As having beautiful lights and cosy environment at dine-in, same way try to maintain your food quality also.
Review for Prism Hotel – New Banquet Hall Experience
We recently booked the new banquet hall at Prism Hotel on the 24th of August 2024 for an important event, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we started planning, the staff was incredibly cooperative and attentive to every detail. Whatever vision we had in mind, they not only implemented it perfectly but even exceeded our expectations in many ways.
The service was impeccable throughout the event. The team was always on hand, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. As for the food, it was simply delicious, with the Malai Kofta being a standout dish that our guests couldn’t stop raving about.
Overall, Prism Hotel made our event a memorable one.

Special request. Please do not allow any group or parties to play housie or cards in Restaurant. For any special service please ask the troupe to book your banquet hall to avoid other customers get disturbed.
I will never visit Prism again and will not recommend others also.

Recently I organised my promotion party in Prism Hotel. Everything from smallest arrangement to decoration, quality of food staff behaviour and response was outstanding and as expected
Cleanliness was top notch, cutlery used , trained staff and assistance everywhere was so good.
