Me and my wife travel a lot within and outside of India and I am sure we know a bad hotel when we see one. This is probably one of them. The only saving grace is its location, which is close to the airport. The rooms are dimly lit and feels creepy. The linen was soiled and the towels provided seemed like it was good enough for mopping. No drinking water was provided. Bathroom exhaust was not working. No toiletries, no toilet paper. The room floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We had some work and we came back to the hotel late in the night. The main gate was locked and the entire hotel was shutdown. We had to call the person in charge 2-3 times to open the gate. I do understand that this hotel might be for people to crash before they have to catch a flight from the airport nearby but basic hygiene and amenities need to be provided for it to qualify as a hotel. There are better hotels nearby. Just search on Google and book accordingly.
The receptionist has been very arrogant and doesn’t have any basic manner to communicate with the guest…
Even the room looks very shabby and few females staff were very unprofessional,
On top of it the pillow and bedsheet had foul smell and I had to encounter with lot’s of mosquitoes.
I had the most terrible stay of my life in this hotel…
Parnil Residency is the best hotel in the area, as it provides the best service to the visitor. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel that is ideally located, has great view of the city, with perfectly clean and spacious rooms and great service.
Hotel is nice
Rooms are clean
Food also good
But Sometimes toilet flush isn’t working😕
Otherwise everything is nice 👍
