Hotel located at heart of the city but all staffs are untrained not know how to service the guest.Basic facility not given the time of function.Without any prior information one hours late of function extra charges even already asked about timing at the time of booking no senior staff,Manager also not say about late charge but the time of billing taken extra late one hours charge.Unprofesdional attitude of staffs there.very bad experience of family function here.

Room rates are ok.
Staff is very cooperative.
Food quality is excellent.
Didn’t provide face towels,only one toothbrush for two occupants,very rough shaving razor,mosquitoes,smelly breakfast hall.Staff courteous.
The location is good but the room service is wrost and the food is not upto tha mark because the taste of food is worst ever I have seen now test ..no good smell .nothing curd was too sour
Stayed for two days. Second night room AC was not working and at 8 PM issue was raised. Upto 3 AM service persons visited 4-5 times but of no use. Despite request neither they could change the room nor AC could be made functional.
