We had a Fantastic stay at Grand Plaza munnar.We have stayed here for 2 days… The staffs are welcoming , friendly and courteous.The rooms are nice, clean and beautifully decorated and Room service is also very prompt.. The food served here are also delicious. Although as per the package we had breakfast included but we were offered hi tea and snacks complimentary for both the days and it was really nice and commendable.
Overall had an exceptional stay along with great memories..
I recently stayed at golden plaza , and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and we were greeted with warm smiles.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also had a stunning view of the city from our window, which was a pleasant surprise!
The hotel’s dining options were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, and the service was impeccable.
Location-wise, golden plaza is perfectly situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge team was super helpful in giving us recommendations and booking tours.
Overall, I can’t recommend golden plaza enough. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
I stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful. The room was clean and cozy, staff were friendly and helpful especially goutham , and amenities were top-notch. Convenient location and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again.”
The property is located close to city but still has a different kind of view and ambience since it is surrounded by the river.
Staff in general were very polite and helpful.
Sufficient parking space was available on the open area.
Food was tasty and breakfast had many options as well but the food items were on the higher side of cost.
The gym although present was just for the namesake and gaming room was not maintained as well.
We stayed for 2 days but the cost was way high and it seemed not very good in terms of value for money proposition.

Very reasonable stay in Munnar, it’s a value for money deal. They have served us with all the facilities possible. The rooms were very hygienic and clean. The view from is the serene. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff is very generous here. A must visit!
