I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Kochi, and my experience was generally positive. The staff really stood out for me—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the valet and the person handling the security at the entrance. It’s always nice to be greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, I had a view of the oil refinery, which wasn’t exactly picturesque. If you’re staying here, I’d recommend asking for a room facing the other side for a much better view of Infopark.
Breakfast was okay. There was a good amount of South Indian food, but if you’re looking for more variety like English breakfast items or other cuisines, the options were a bit limited. The desserts could use some improvement too—they weren’t particularly memorable.
That said, the hotel is in a great location if you need easy access to Infopark, and overall, I’d recommend it. The friendly staff and clean rooms make it a good option, even if a few things could be better.
Would stay here again if I’m back for work.
I recently was staying in four points Sheraton and went for dinner. There was not much options as in the dishes. Also they tasted below average. Plus I asked 2 staff over there to get me one chapati😍, neither of them gave me the chapati. The staff is least interested for your needs and the place is below average. Think before you stay here.
I recently stayed at the hotel, I want to appreciate your Chef Masim, he was an amazing chef. The food tasted really good. He went above and beyond to make my experience better by arranging the specific dish I requested and he continuously kept on checking on me and was really sweet. Also I want to appreciate your staff Zakia she was also really sweet and made sure my stay was comfortable.
I recently hosted a dinner party at this hotel, and I must say the experience was far from what we expected. The service was terribly slow and unorganized, making the entire evening feel chaotic. The food was also quite underwhelming – lacking in flavor and presentation. Despite the promises, nothing lived up to the standard you’d expect from such a place.
My advice? Never trust online reviews alone. Always ask someone who has firsthand experience with the venue before making any plans. It could save you from the kind of disappointment we went through.
It’s absolutely not worth it. Rooms are nothing special. You can easily get this kind of room for 3-3.5k . Food is something to highlight as I have never tasted this much bad food in my life.
From a group like Sheraton, this was not expected.
Not a single day, even after telling repeatedly, the food quality improved. No one was even bothered about our feedback. AC was switched off 2 hr before hall booking ended. Even after telling repeatedly, no one switched it on.
Just awful 2 days me and my group spent there.
Now, coming to the positive feedback you will find here, we were forced too to give that. A link was sent to us for giving feedback, and they were pushing to get 5 star.
People, please don’t consider. In case you like Infinity Pool too much and nothing else matters, there are many other options.
In Kerala, they’re unable to cook even Kerala cuisines. Let’s not start with the other cuisines.
A small roadside mess can cook better food.
