We visited for one day here. Overall experience is good. The place is in a little hilly area, you need to walk to reach or bike/car also go there.
We had breakfast which was quite impressive.
The room was cleaned and in good shape. Only we faced issues with the door lock which was hard to open and close but the receptionist helped us to sort out the issue.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would like to visit again in future.
Don’t fall for +reviews. Took 3 bedroom cottage. Rooms were unpleasant. Staffs were cooperative. No proper hot water. No kettle. Parking is the main problem. Food is late and non recommendable.
Guys Vivera highland is literally cool place to stay and view on balcony is damn good. I have stayed for two days they way of treat a customer I personally liked it. Must stay with friends & family you will have a great time with that ambience. Most affordable and luxury stay must select Vivera highland. Food was decent taste and affordable. Only negative is parking that too their staff are good in helping.
We stayed here for three days. Breakfast was not served hot. The taste was below average. The jacuzzi mentioned in the amenities doesn’t work at all. It must have been left unrepaired for months together, I suppose. The play area is for babies below 2 years but pictures were quite exaggerated. My six year old couldn’t enjoy any of the outdoor games. The indoor games were good. Early morning, they used to play loud songs in the av room, which was quite disturbing. The rooms were really small and compact, not as mentioned in the pictures. Tripping issue was there in our room, which again was quite annoying. Proper change of towel or sheets was not done.
Not at all worth for the money.

Room’s quality differ according to the price. But the main issue is parking. The hotel is located in a top of a hill and it doesn’t have a proper parking spot. We have to park the card in the limited space in the narrow entrance of the hotel and that even in a sloped path. The breakfast is complementary. And it was nice. They provide a buffet and it does have some options to choose from and it is tasty.
