Great experience overall. Its a great hotel with everything you need but it’s quite expensive. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The service is also above average. The staff are quite polite. The location is fantastic. Badrinath Mandir is in walking distance.The dining is unfortunately quite standard but everything else makes up for it. Overall a good hotel in which you can have good times, it may not be as luxurious as some other hotels but has everything you need and some more but is on the upper side of price.
Well, this hotel in Badrinath should not be on top of the list. Although their rooms are good and warm, but the rooms are not all in all. It is the service which makes the hotel stand-out. The front desk staff was just rude in handling customers and did not have any training of how to talk to customers at the hotel. They don’t have basic etiquettes of guiding the customers. The rooms are dangerous as person staying in the next room can hear all the conversations. Practically no privacy. The whole night I could not sleep due to the chatting of ladies in the next room. This hotel being in the most important dham must provide Sattvic food only. Sarovar Portico in Vaishno Devi provides sattvic food only without onion and garlic. Their staff members know how to give back answers to customers rather than working to meet the genuine requirement of the customer. The menu was quite boring and not upto the mark. The hotel is far away from the temple and not suitable for night and early morning sevas unless you have a chauffeur and a car. In fact it is in the outskirts of Badrinath town.
Best property in badrinath….. Kept room heated before check in.. restaurant food quality and taste is great.. we faced some delays in our travels so reached there around 10:30pm but they waited for us and served hot meals.
What a splendid welcome and smooth checking by Mr Rakesh Pandey and ofcourse a special mention to Mr Vivek yadav from housekeeping who were particularly mindset of our particular needs.We checked in here in 3rd October and checked out by today. Rooms has good Ambience, once anybody comes on main porch, there is lord vishnu and Ganesha. It looks so preety.

Hotel has all the amenities which are required to stay at this altitude.
My 1st day experience at the hotel wasn’t good because of issues related to electric blankets and hot water supply and due to very late check- in at 11 pm service was not available. 2nd day was better because we personally informed the staff and manager about the issues at the reception and got our room service done during the daytime.
The ambience was good. Delicious Food. Good staff. Polite behaviour.
But there was no discount related to major issues we suffered.
