Omg ! What a terrible experience we had here !
Rooms stinks ! Everywhere we can smell cigarette smokes ! Loud noises coming from next rooms where bachelors were enjoying there booze ! Loud music !
Hotel didn’t provide even a towel until we asked them ! They lack every basic amenities!
Its a horrible horrible place for couple and family! Please avoid i hope i’d have checked reviews earlier!
Do not recommend, even though it was available at reasonable price in the locality, toilets are not clean. Too much of smell and couldn’t sleep in the room due to smell. They could have maintained better.
Hotel Vishnu inn is just nice. Room service is very good. Food is tasty and they deliver it in less time. Rajesh uncle at reception is very polite and helpful. Overall it’s really a good place and nearby to the railway station so commute is way easy from here.
Okay, so here is the thing. Although it is very walkable to the Railway Station, but still in the night, the road to the hotel feels a bit unsafe, if you are having a girl with you, or if you are a girl.
Leaving that, the rooms are okayish, but the bathroom are very unclean. First, we got a room, where in the bathroom there were undergarments and inners of some other person. Then we asked them to change, which they did, but in the other bathroom too, the flush was not working and the bathroom was not clean at all.
Then, let’s come to food. It was horrible. We order Veg Club Sandwich and Cheese Sandwich. We asked them for Grilled sandwich of both the above categories, but they gave us toast version. And before eating it, we asked them to change, but the person on the call said, it’s Tawa Grilled Sandwich and cut the phone. Then during the checkout they first put the bill of Grilled Sandwich, then after 15 mins of argument with 3 more staffs, they finally changed the bill. But, they still argued that “how could we make grilled sandwich when our Grilling Machine is damaged”. The taste of both the sandwiches was below average. I had to throw half of the Cheese Sandwich.
But, one thing is the Price Point. It is definitely a budget hotel. If you are going with boys group that would be okay.
Best Budget Hotel in Dehradun with all Facilities and very near at Railway station. Hospitality and staff are very nice, they maintain hygiene very well. Must visit this property this is perfect for every type of Group (Solo, family, Friends etc.)
