Rooms are good but services are poor. We ordered veg biryani but they served chicken biryani which is not as acceptable for vegetarian and then they are charging money from poor waiter, so we compensated them. Also, during checkout they added a food item that we haven’t ordered.
I am the PSU Employee.Owner made his own party on terrace and didn’t allow us to come to terrace.
The rooms are not good, high-rated like a 4-star hotel but it’s like a 2-star hotel, the rooms are stinking, and not good, they had to spray deodorant several times. Breakfast is very limited. Restaurants are hardly open always booked for private parties and are very small too. They will give breakfast limited in the name of the buffet. Mosquitoes are like anything. Not a good stay, the staff were disrespectful
I do not recommend this place for a stay or a restaurant. *A big NO*
The hotel is in one of the prime locations yet away from the hustle-bustle of the city. Taniya Ji was kind and shared the location with us before we started to travel so we can reach at proper location. Vikas ji was very helpful in making our check-in and check-out easier. He even went out of his way to get some medicines for us. The food was slightly expensive though, but it was really good especially with the choices in breakfast. The other staff was very helpful and helped us with amenities whenever needed. The night manager was an amazing guy and ensured that our breakfast was ready early in morning as we had to rush for shoot. Overall, an amazing stay at an amazing hotel.
The rooms were nice and clean.. the staff was really cooperative and humble.. food and services were good too.. the best thing about this place was the staff.. really good hotel at an affordable price range..
