The best hotel in the entire Lansdowne with a lush accommodation and a well behaved management also would like a put a light on the behaviour of the Managing director he was at the property site Personally assisting us !
I recently stayed and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and Rude , the food was not served as said and not fresh , overall too high price for this hotel as well as there was no AC in the room and very poor and bad experience in this hotel apart would suggest people to do visit other hotels .
Although i heard good things about the hotel, as soon as i arrived it was nothing but a hoax. Everything that i been through in this hotel is BAD. As a fellow traveller it is my humble request to you to please not go to this hotel as the service and attitude of the staff is pathetic and very rude. The food quality is bad and prices are really really expensive. You can get way better hotels and resorts for way cheaper in lansdowne. Please do not go for this one
Even if it’s the last place left don’t stop to stay here.
Worst rooms, zero hygiene, zero maintenance, no facilities, nothing.
Windows don’t have mesh so can’t have fresh air from outside
No ac so again no freshness in room.
Staff is impolite
