Visited twice. Winter party attended ok . But in summer I regret. Ac cooling was ok time taking. Washroom ventilation was minus. Suffered a lot. Staff is co-operative. Parking good. Though lift is there but few stairs are not good for elderly person.
The rooms and the interior are good but has turned old..so needs some renovation. I was there for official purpose and the wifi signal is very poor in some rooms it hampered my work a lot and even after speaking several times, no action was taken.
The food is good..Kashmiri Pulao and Russian Salad is a must try here.
The AC isn’t working, the gym is in terrible shape, the food is awful, and the entire hotel is in such bad condition that it needs a complete renovation.
And there’s not even any cold water! The rooms aren’t even worth 1500 rupees.
This is the worst ever hotel i visited , food was not good , washrooms not clean.
I have forgatton my PARADA sunglasses worth 20000 during check out in my room. And i called the staff back at the EOD. But got response that its not there.
As of now i dont want to put any allegations on any one but. Want to say every one that keep your belongings with extra care during hotel visit.
Best 4 star hotel in low rates. Beautiful stay it was
