Very noisy, horrible service by owners (lady and her husband) they turn off electricity so guests can’t use fan and water heater goes off. We had to take shower with cold water. When we confronted the owner then they started arguing. Very dirty and disgusting place!!!! Book at your own risk!!! Also the lady brushes her teeth by the kitchen and starts preparing food. Very unhygienic practice. We found hair in paratha two days in the row. When we pointed it out, the lady said oh it’s from cloth. She had no regrets for serving her guest such in unhygienic food. She totally disregarded us. Very poor customer service. If you see 5 to 3 Stars for this place then you know it’s fake reviews.
We stayed during our char dham trip hence it was a bit expensive as the package didn’t include breakfast. Restaurant service is extremely slow. Food taste is average. The staff is helpful but needs push and expects good tip in return. Frequent electricity cuts and hot water issue for bath in the morning.
Good place to stay, I stayed here during my char dham yatra, the service is nice and good maintain not well maintained, but overall good place for night stay,
