Very rude staff. ill mannered sales team girl guiding for banquet booking. The staff is confused among themselves about the details of the bookings. Totally misleading the guests and unworthy prices. Request the hotel managers to ask the banquet booking staff girls to act in a decent manner
It’s a newly constructed building. Since it’s on a chattarpur road reaching there is a task because of congested, narrow and crowded roads. Service is slow and food quality is also ok types.
Tivoli Garden Resort in New Delhi offers a lush setting, ideal for events.
I would appreciate the location but very slow service and inconsistent food quality. Some of my friends had issues with event management and refunds.
Overall, it’s suitable for events, though service may not always meet expectations.
