Our stay at Happy Nest Guest Homes was an absolute disaster. The rooms were clean, but that’s where the positives end. The owner was incredibly rude and controlling. He yelled at us for using the lounge sofa, monitored us through CCTV, and imposed unreasonable restrictions. We were even told to eat in the parking cellar! The staff was powerless, and the experience was like being in a prison. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
*Title:* Avoid Happy Nest Guest Homes like the plague!
*Rating:* -5/5 (yes, that’s a negative 5)
I’m writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from Happy Nest Guest Homes on Duvvada Railway Station Road. Our family group of 12 rooms was subjected to the most ridiculous, dictatorial treatment by the hotel owner.
The rooms were clean, I’ll give them that. But that’s where it ends. The owner’s attitude was atrocious. He:
– Yelled at us for sitting on the lounge sofa, claiming it would get spoiled
– Told us to limit our sitting time and get up every few minutes (he was watching us on CCTV from home!)
– Forbidden us from having tea in the lounge, fearing the floor would get dirty
– Ordered us to eat in the parking cellar, not in the hotel (yes, you read that right)
– Treated us like peasants, despite us paying for 12 rooms
The staff was powerless, constantly citing the owner’s CCTV surveillance and instructions. It was like staying in a prison, not a hotel.
The facilities were average at best. But the owner’s behavior made our 3-day stay a living hell. We were there for a wedding, but the constant stress and humiliation made it impossible to enjoy.
To the owner: if you can’t handle guests, close the hotel. Don’t torture people who are paying you. And for goodness’ sake, get a new sofa if it’s that fragile!
To potential guests: trust me, you don’t want to experience this. Look elsewhere.
Terrible Terrible Management
Our stay at Happy Nest Guest Homes was ruined by the owner’s terrible management. Though the rooms were clean, his behavior was atrocious. He yelled at us for using the lounge, monitored us through CCTV, and imposed crazy rules. My family of 12 were forced to eat in the parking cellar and were treated like second-class guests. Avoid this place if you want a pleasant stay.
Our experience at Happy Nest Guest Homes was horrendous. Although the rooms were clean, the owner’s dictatorial behavior ruined our stay. He yelled at us for sitting on the lounge sofa, imposed bizarre rules, and even forced us to eat in the parking cellar. The staff was helpless, and the overall experience was awful. Avoid this place if you value your comfort.
Happy Nest Guest Homes was a complete disappointment. The rooms were clean, but the owner’s attitude was unacceptable. He yelled at us for using the lounge sofa, monitored us through CCTV, and imposed unreasonable restrictions. We were even told to eat in the parking cellar. The staff was powerless, making the experience feel like a punishment. Look for other options. WILL NEVER EVER VISIT AGAIN AND WILL INFORM OTHERS TOO. Pathetic disgusting rude.
