OFFLINE BOOKING NOT HONOURED
Booked offline in advance. Owner didn’t hold the room (forgot it seems). Offered room at some other place when we reached at 11 pm. Finally we were constrained to stay in the smaller rooms on the top floor with seepages, termite-ridden furniture. Had to use the geyser of another room on the same floor.
The second day, we got the proper room.
Very bad experience to stay in this hotel, Don’t book room over phone owner change his commitment after booking room over phone and charge high price after stay. Owner given bad commitment do not stay in this hotel.
Rooms are not at all what you see in pics. Bed bugs and insects all over room, washroom and bed bugs on bed.
We left as soon as we entered. Staff/ owner was courteous and returned the advance payment we had given them
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Oasis, Kangra. The owner is honest and kind, he guided us for return to Delhi and he personally dropped us in bus stand as we had language problem. Thank you Sir for your caring nature. Food served here is good and desert items are delicious.
