Good rooms and nice very polite staff. Service is very good. If you enjoyed your stay definitely book this hotel.
1) Gave already used room.
2) Pillow cases, blanket, bed sheet seemed unwashed. I couldn’t even sit in the room for more than an hour and the moment I found a better Hotel i shifted to a different Hotel. I paid the full amount and was there in the hotel for only an hour.
3) The room was smelling damp.
4) The washroom was not clean and had flies in it.
5) Already used soap lying in the washroom with hair on it.
I don’t recommend The Hostelers Homestay Shimla to anyone.
