Very very bad experience .. we are visit in the hotel 2-11-24. Rooms that showing in apps are okk .. but in reality very haunted rooms. almost all door locks are broken. Doors glasses
broken . Washroom’s sinc is choked . Whole Washroom full with sewerage water.
When we are going for Complaint, staff and managers are talking rubbish with us … seriously this is very bad experience. Please don’t go for this.
Stayed from 23-25th October, 2024. One of my best experience of staying in this hotel. I was so confused with choosing a decent place to stay near Shimla-Mall Road. At the end after a lot of research, I decided and booked with Hotel Surya. It was a solo trip and I had such a comfortable stay, and most importantly the charges were very reasonable. The best part is they provide you with cab services for your entire tour at a very cheap rate. The food is really nice and very much cost friendly. The staff is very well behaved and coordinating and special mention about the driver of my cab, Gurucharan Ji who was very polite and soft speaking. He was very much concern about my safety and comfort all throughout the tour. Apart from this the hotel located at a wonder location up the hills provides a mesmerising view of the hills of Shimla through your window and balconies. It was a such a memorable trip and stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a beautiful stay in Shimla.
Verry bad hotel or I was saty in tha hotal jan. 2023 very bad location don’t be west your money this in not a family hotel for sefti parposs you go to shimla and wach your hotel and pay som money
Worst experience ever. Poor rooms, broken furniture. And very poor staff service. Charging 92 rs for 1 glass milk for baby and we have seen the packet cost at 30rs. They have built few floors on backside of their hotel and charging the same rate for those rooms as well. To reach those floors u change lift and then climb some stairs. Never ever go to Shimla in June.
