Rooms are decent, location is good(near kangra devi temple). Receptionist was helpful.
Though rooms were different from the pics shown online, price were little higher compared to the rooms given. We did early checkin in morning….they gave us single family room for 4 hours on a full day charges.
Overall experience was average but not satisfactory. Could have found better hotel in the same price.
Stayed with family for few days. Experience was good. Place has good connectivity. Food and rooms are also good. Prices are reasonable and staff is very helpful. They will guide you with tourist places and arange cabs. Will recommend this if anyone is staying in Kangra region
Hotel GROVER is a perfect place to stay in KANGRA . It is close to the Bus Stand . The room was very pleasant, and clean. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable. 👍
Yes I has been stayed here past two days and all hostel facilities are excellent. If any one is interested to visit kangra in future then stay in hotel grover.
I ordered alot of food online from HOTEL GROVER, and I must say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, even though it was through delivery! From the moment I placed the order, I could feel their commitment to customer satisfaction.
First and foremost, the food was absolutely exceptional! Every dish was packed with flavor, freshness, and cooked to perfection. Being a vegetarian, I was delighted with the extensive range of veg options they offer. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only provides variety but also ensures that each veg dish is as delightful as their non-veg counterparts. I ordered a few items like Veg Kohlapuri , chilli mashroom , kadai paneer , cheese parantha , cheese bhurjii , dal chawal etc., and every bite was a testament to the skill of their chefs.
What truly impressed me was their hospitality, even through an online order. I had a few special requests regarding spice levels and packaging, and to my surprise, everything was taken care of flawlessly. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, which is a rare find with online deliveries these days.
The packaging was top-notch, ensuring that the food remained hot and fresh upon arrival. It was packed so securely that there was no spillage or mess, which I greatly appreciated. The portion sizes were very generous, offering great value for money, and more than enough for a hearty meal.
In my opinion, this restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in the city, not only for the quality of the food but also for their incredible customer service. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely care about providing an excellent experience, even from afar. It felt like I was being served in their restaurant, despite the food being delivered to my doorstep.
