Room was awesome. Very clean and well arranged room. The view was amazing. Owner was very cooperative. Staffs were very polite, helpful and supportive. But the hotel is far far away from the city. Your drivers make tantrums due to that.

The reached late , the owner Gaurav ji, was so humble, he checked on us untill we arrived. After reaching, we got a warm welcome from the staffs. The hospitality was great. All the members were very gentle and humble with us throughout our stay. The food served was also good and proper hygeine was maintained. Overall, it was a great experience with ‘The Best Next’ team. Our experience at Hotel Best Nest was really Awesome! It didn’t felt like we were in a hotel, we just felt like we are at our home. The food was so scrumptious. The service provided by the staff was really commendable, they were very polite and humble with all the visitors. The owners of this hotel were also very compassionate and friendly. Even the location of this place was slightly far from the city in a very peaceful and calm environment from where we were able to witness the scenic beauty of nature.
I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone going to shimla.
