I recently stayed at this fantastic hostel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The host, Aniket, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everyone feels right at home. He was always available to offer helpful tips and advice about the area, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location of the Zostel is perfect, offering breathtaking views right from the property. Waking up to the stunning mountain scenery every morning was a highlight of my trip. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous base, this Zostel has it all. Highly recommended!
Location of the property is too good!
You can just sit and watch the majestic mountains in front of you for hours. Their service is very poor especially the way of conveying things to their guests is too bad. Need to improve on their hospitality for sure.

Zostel Kapla has been one of our top 2 stays, the other being Zostel Kaza. Aniket and Rohit both took special care of ours (from helping us recover our vehicle stuck in snow to taking us to a trek just behind the property, from cooking delicious meals for us to fulfilling every need of ours). The property is located at a beautiful location facing the Kinnar Kailash range. Its open and spacious, especially the rooms. The common room has a lot of interesting stuff to keep one busy. The dining area has a snooker room, again a very spacious room. It was home away from home for us. Recommending this place for travelers who like to relax, interact and chill.
Amazing Stay at Zostel
Our experience at Zostel was truly memorable. The location is fantastic, right in front of the stunning Baspa River Valley. We were a group of seven and stayed for one night, thoroughly enjoying our time.
The service was excellent. I especially appreciate that they arranged alu chokha, boiled eggs, and butter for our dinner – a thoughtful touch. The food was served in the common room, making it a cozy spot to hang out, watch TV, and play carrom together.
One area that could be improved is the geyser, which wasn’t functioning. At 2 degrees Celsius, hot water is essential, so this was a bit challenging.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
