We visited the Thai pavilion for a family dinner !! The ambience was good and the food was amazing ..We ordered deep fried chicken cooked in pandan leaves ..had a very refreshing flavour .. I loved it and we ordered salmon sushi . I am normally not a big fan of fish but it was so amazing . For the main course we had green Thai chicken curry which was again very delicious. In dessert we had some chocolate cake alongside tender coconut icecream which was ok not great. Overall lovely experience and great food

I had a wonderful dining experience with my family. The buffet spread was amazing with a lot of variable options including Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. The service was prompt even thought the restaurant was busy we were well assisted by the staff responsible.
Superb! Support Staffs are very nice, homely , they will give u home stay feeling at thisb5 star hotel. Will remember this experience life long. Shivaly & Sonu are great person I met here at hotel . Their warm support and gestures pleased me. It is like world class service at your home.

Hotel is decent but restaurant is mismanaged.|There was waiting during the breakfast, the lunch was delayed and the order was confused even with fixed menu. They sent hot and sour instead of manchow soup that too twice. They need to manage the guests better.
Taj City Centre Gurugram is one of the finest hotels around. Their service is top notch and rooms comfortable and well maintained. Other than the hotel being a bit away from the rest of the city, it’s a great place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj City Centre in Gurugram, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with impeccable service that makes you feel at home.
A special mention goes to the incredible staff who truly made our stay exceptional. Sadaf was incredibly welcoming upon arrival, ensuring that we were settled in and comfortable right from the start. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality set the tone for the entire stay.
Sylvester was a standout, always going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. He provided excellent recommendations and was always available to assist with anything we needed, making every meal memorable.
Charu was another highlight of our stay. She was very professional yet personable, offering excellent customer service with a smile. She truly made us feel valued as guests, and her positive attitude was contagious.
Lastly, Surbhi was fantastic in ensuring that all our requests were met promptly. Whether it was for additional amenities or specific arrangements, she was quick to respond and handled everything with a grace that made our stay that much better.
The hospitality from these individuals, combined with the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, made for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Taj City Centre Gurugram for anyone seeking an exceptional stay in the heart of the city.
We stayed at the Taj City Hotel in Gurgaon for almost three weeks while accompanying my daughter on her work travels. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient, though it may not be ideal for leisurely strolls. Despite that, our stay has been incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. I have never experienced this level of care in any other luxury hotel.
During our extended stay, we formed a close connection with the staff, particularly those assigned to our room. Deepak Kumar was exceptionally courteous and hospitable, ensuring our room was cleaned impeccably every day, with Nisha providing the same level of care.
The laundry service here is also exceptional. They offer complimentary cleaning for three pieces of clothing, along with package options. Amresh, who oversees the laundry, is an honest and thoughtful individual. He handled our clothes with great care, even returning money we had accidentally left in the laundry.
As for the dining services, the entire team was courteous and hospitable, particularly Depeendra, Drishti, and Vhabav, who consistently made us feel welcome.
I would also like to acknowledge Suhail, one of the bellboys. He was always polite, friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly every time we arrived and helping with our luggage all the way to our room. He speaks English fluently and with good pronunciation. Another memorable staff member was the lovely Purnami at the reception, who took the time to check in with us and ensure our stay was going well.
The hotel amenities were exceptional as well—the rooms were spacious, with a beautiful bathtub. Additionally, we received complimentary fresh fruit every day, which was a delightful touch.
In summary, I highly recommend the Taj City Centre not only for its excellent facilities but also for the superb service. Our stay was made incredibly comfortable and memorable, and we will never forget the extraordinary hospitality we experienced.
