The worst ever experience. We made the booking for one night on Jan 17, 2024. Booking id – OQWM9208.
When we reached the hotel, no one showed up from staff to check us in. We had to look for another hotel immediately during winters.
To make the things worst, OYO refused to refund the amount as well.
PATHETIC! Never book this hotel. BEWARE!
The behavior of the owner is bad, I booked the hotel from OYO and called the hotel owner, then asked for extra charge, I refused, did not even tell me the address of the hotel, and said that I am calling from another hotel.
Koi es hotel me bhul kr b nhi jaye, uske sath kuch galat bhi ho sakta hai
That was okay the manager was so humble but the hygiene of washroom were to bad but it’s ok to stay for some hours
Great hospitality and good behaviour of hotel staff. Maintain privacy
