I normally don’t provide bad reviews but I was forced to write this review. There are better hotels in the price range. Rooms are cramped and not at all hygienic. Glasses had moulds in them. Dirty toilet and basin, hazardous geyser with electric hanging out and water dripping simultaneously. Foul damp smell from the toilet. No proper room service. You need to tell them an ample number of times before they even provide you a bottle of water. They cannot accommodate guest requests for a simple cup of tea. No room cleaning despite a week’s stay. Tv didn’t work. Didn’t fix the set-top box or remote even after requesting several times, until we finally stopped asking. If possible avoid this place, there are far better options at the price range. FabHotel should remove this hotel from their listing. They are ruining their own reputation..
there is no amenity available here, no telecom, no food service . rooms are spacious , washrooms are okay. this is suitable for short stay. staff is helpful to some extent. I would recommend go for better options instead. at the rate which this hotel provides accomodation, it is okay. location is good . there is local market NIT 1 nearby.
Worst stay. The photographs shown in fab hotel app and reality is hell and heavenly different. No proper room and service by the hotel as well as by fab. Even fab does not have a customer contact no. where we can speak with an agent. The number given is only showing one option that is your previous trip. No other option. Regretting to choose fabhotels. Breakfast was bad quality tea and two piece of sandwich daily and dinner was a packed vegetable meal. They did not change the food menu inspite of requesting daily. Definitely me and my colleagues are not going to choose fabhotels again. This way fabhotels is going to loose customers.
i booked hotel on agoda but they refused to give me a room, also bad behaviour.
bad behaviour, the staff is ready to fight. no cleaning, only for chapries.
