Nice little property away from the crowd of Lansdowne.
Nice location with a good view of the valley.
The food was good although we asked for a small favour to serve us some sandwiches for our hungry kids at 8 am before the breakfast buffet was served but they denied although we were ready to pay for it.
Good Service to the guest is all its takes to make the stay memorable.
The stay was pleasant it was close to the major attraction of lansdowne like tip and top view point, bulla tal etc (around 10 to 15 min drive) on arrival we had to park the car on road but the hotel staff helped us with it and there were cameras installed. The food and breakfast buffet was delicious and the hospitality was good. There was a common balcony and the view from there was amazing. The rooms were clean and hygenic. overall it was good experience and will recommend staying here. The hotel staff was helpful and the mountain view from the room was amazing. …..
Must Try Hotel, very decent
1. Located bit up of Lansdowne so the view and location, vibes is better.
Lansdowne is a bit crowded.
This is away from the crowd, hence calmer, what you actually want in mountains
2. View from the rooms open to a pretty sight, the rooms are well lit with sunlight
3. Huge lobby spread, so you can play around, good for kids
4. Parking is outside the hotel, and space for 2 cars only. Which can be an issue if you are driving down. Else you can park at the taxi stand which is 200 m from this hotel
5. Room size is spacious, well enough for 3 people
6. Washroom is decent, not great but not bad. Has hot water facility on -demand which is a plus point
7. Rooms don’t have kettle so u can bring one of your own or ask them
8. Food is very good quality, even i was surprised. Very homely, and freshly cooked
9. Service is also nice. You have to inform them 30 mins prior
10. You can eat either outside your rooms, there are tabkes and chairs kept or in their dining area
11. No breakfast buffet but set meal which you can inform them and they will give you

Awesome stay here. The name Bright Sunny Pines is apt. Morning sunrise can be enjoyed from room itself. Great sitout area. Peaceful location just around 5 kms from Lansdowne and perfect for relaxing stay. Rooms are quite good with neat washroom and good-sized too. Night view of the stars was great (atleast when I stayed there). Nice and helpful owner take care of the guests well and food is great too. Will be staying again if another plan materializes sometime in the future.
