Service is good. Hotel is just behind the lake in Uttarkashi. It’s in Joshiyada on National Highway (NH) 34.
I have done booking with 5 Element hotel, somebody called from hotel and asked for my hotel booking ID and cancelled my booking from their side on my behalf.
Terrible experience. On Enquiring to the hotel, lady said that rent for hotel has increased now and hence they cancel my booking on my behalf. It seems to be fruad to me.
No comments. When I see old reviews felt bad. We visited on june 3rd week 2023. Service is too good. Food is too great. They even prepare what we ask and whatever the time we ask. Even rooms are tidy and at great location. Dont worry about previous reviews for this hotel. This is really good hotel. Staffa are too much supporting
The stay was comfortable, with very friendly staff, and special thanks to Kailash. We stayed on our way to Gangotri and it was so good that we returned to stay again on our way back to Dehradun.
My recent stay at the 5 Element hotel in Uttarkashi was wonderful. The hotel provided excellent service at an affordable price, and I had a great experience throughout my visit during Chardham Yatra
One of the standout features of my stay was the helpful and friendly staff, particularly Manager Ravi and Chef Satbeer. Ravi was incredibly cool and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, Chef Satbeer was a master in the kitchen and I had some of the best food I’ve ever had in the hills there. His aloo paratha was a standout dish that I’ll remember for a long time.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the 5 Element hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Uttarkashi. Thank you to Manager Ravi, Chef Satbeer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!”
