I was offered this hotel as part of tour by the travel agent. He assured as 3 star hotel but in reality it’s just like a lodge. It’s in the second floor, need to walk through small dark corridor with luggage. Need to climb steps. No lift. Staff are arrogant not cooperative. They don’t provide any coffee maker, dental kit or even a neat bath towel. No complimentary mineral water. No restaurant. Don’t opt for breakfast and dinner. They bring it from a roadside unhygienic vendor. Dinner is simple rice and a dal curry. Nothing else. Room is good but bathroom not at all clean. It’s leaking, door can’t be locked. And no privacy at all. No car parking facilities, no intercom. Only positive is that the room is good and spacious.
First impression is the last impression. Mine is not good. No proper parking facility. Even reception boy don’t know where to park. Bed covers are very dirty. Don’t have own restaurant. Food quantity is very low. Staff behavior is good. Toilet clean.
What I was offered was a very comfortable room for a low cost (Rs 575/- Single Room).
But when i reached the hotel, they were told they could not provide the air-conditioned room for this amount.
Since I had no interest or circumstance in making an argument, I accepted it.
Property is located on the second floor. Lift is not available and the parking as well ..you will have to park your vehicle on road. I have booked a room here through oyo but after reaching the hotel the manager refused to give me the room saying that oyo is not giving us good rate ( Rs.) . I was kinda surprised by listening to him and I gave up.
Too worst experience, let me explain everything… I have booked 2 rooms check in on 5th July and check out was 6th july, everything is confirmed by hoteliers and oyo. but when we reached to hotel hotelier denied for check in without any proper reason. They have listed in Oyo but not satisfied their room pricing they told us “we can’t give room in that disciunted price” after reaching hotel. Now my question is why my booking is confirmed by Oyo and Hoteliers ? if they don’t happy with pricing they don’t have rights to harass me in last hour I was with my family i was talked to Oyo for 1hour approx but no solution by Oyo. Totally disappointed #Oyo and hoteliers.
