If i could i could have given 0 in service, it is so bad that it provides you not even with a single tea bag, no breakfast provided. Rooms are not what you see in photos its way too small, very congested, definitely not for families. Please don’t come here, the manager/staff here are not trustworthy. Very rude.
According to few tourist, they experienced worst. However when we reached the new owner and staff were too friendly and we felt like home. They provided their best service.
The worst hotel with rude behavior of the staff; no basic belongings were provided, which includes a room heater, tables, chairs, towels, and water too. They charge a price for every basic belonging.
They will behave like they are providing free services.
Mainly Make My Trip should ban this fraud, Homestay.
