This was very good product worth of money

Worth it
The fast charging is quite a nice feature. I don’t need to carry a charger separately, just a USB C to C cable. Other features also work as expected.

USB A port doesn’t work
The product works fine, however the first USB A port is not working and Type C output doesn’t fit in the socket well.

I have been traveling for years and have acquired a drawerful of random power adapters, phone service adapters, airline adapters, etc. And frankly, it is a pain to sort through this mess each time I head out to a new location since most of them are not labeled appropriately and some countries have even modified their standards since I started traveling a million years ago.Time to dump the drawer out and start over.I was looking for a kit that had as many countries represented as possible and which had the recepticles labeled appropriately. And ideally was not too bulky. And this is the kit that I chose.I’ll be honest and say that the main unit feels a bit lightweight and maybe even slightly cheaply made, and I was concerned that it might overheat or fall apart or do something stupid in the middle of my travels. But after several weeks crawling around Africa and plugging into every strange receptacle possible, it has been worry free and has worked perfectly. My initial thoughts of potentially cheap construction seem to be unfounded. It just happens to be lightweight plastic casing, is all. (at least so far. time will tell)In any case, the handful of interchangeable plugs that came with it were not sufficient, so I also purchased an expansion pack. Oddly, you can’t easily pick and choose between what standards you require (I can’t seem to just purchase a plug for the South Africa plug size, for instance). It seems that you have to buy a full collection to get the ones that you want. At least that’s how I found it during my shopping experience. Maybe this will change. Probably just a marketing opportunity for them at this point. Sell more stuff and make more money.Regardless, I want as many plugs as I can get for my wide ranging trekking, so I was happy to get the larger expansion pack.Strangely, not all of the plugs in the expansion were marked consistently with numbers and country codes. I found that I had to utilize the enclosed paper documentation as a reference and use my own label machine to label each and every plug in order to be consistent and accurate. This is an odd oversight by the company that I don’t understand. However, I was able to rectify it for my own self and you may want to do the same. But this may point to inconsistencies elsewhere that I haven’t discovered yet. So buyer beware.Despite the above, I did indeed find the device to work flawlessly for me in many different countries. And having both sizes of USB slots available was very helpful as I still have the old style USB cables for certain items and my phone uses the USB-C standard. Having two of each of those USB slots was a lifesaver with all of the charging that I have to do between all of my equipment on the road.Based on my month of travel, I give this unit a high rating and consider it worth the cost. But as mentioned above, this is early days and time will tell. If anything happens to the negative, I will come back and update this review.

They work with the slim hexagonal sockets they have in Switzerland, and will fit the other sockets in the rest of Europe (not UK)

Before purchasing, I did do my research to ensure that I was getting the best plug for Rome and i believe for the rest of Italy as well. There are three possible types of outlets you will encounter in Italy. Large and small two-prong and three-prong. This adapter is the small two-prong. Therefore, This particular size fits in all plug sizes; large and small two hole, as well as, three hole. I found the quality to be fine. I’m sure they weren’t the absolute best quality one could buy but for the price they were great. I didn’t have any problems with them falling apart, etc. And when purchasing i figured even if one or two did fall apart, out of six i was bound to get a few that held up for the duration of my trip. The only reason I didn’t give this product a five is because they did not fit polarized plugs. Worked perfectly for items like cell phone chargers, iPad/iPod chargers, camera chargers which all have plugs with prongs that are both the same size. For items like hair curlers and flat irons that have plugs with one small prong and one large prong, the large prong is too big to fit into the adapter rendering it useless.

I love the concept of this, and it works well. We got the extension that slides on the back, so that an outlet that is awkwardly located can have an extension so that this box will sit on a table. The regular adapters for the different outlets have a sliding door that locks the plug to the main body, which is a terrific and intuitive design. The extension has one end that fits into the main body, but the sliding door/retention system doesn’t close due to the actual cord leaving the main body. It is held in place only by the friction of the adapter, and tends to come apart. If I had to guess, I would say the company saw a need for their great product to have an extension like this, but they would have to do some re-design and re-tooling to make a better connection to the extension cord (sold separately).A little tape is not elegant, but holds it together. I did send pictures to the company, they seem to understand the issue, but state that it is functioning as designed. Looking forward to Version 2.0Oh, and a piece was missing. They promptly sent the wrong piece, then promptly sent the right piece.Nicely done, just not perfect.
