It was very good once but i has been closed now completly
They don’t knw what hospitality is, they don’t talk to their customer nicely. There was no TV in the room where i stayed. Even the room was looking very old and in poor condition.. Food was terrible. I think they served me old frozen chicken… It is just named as international, they don’t deserve this tag. Staff should control their attitude and ego while dealing with customers. Unke baad ka paisa se book nai kia, they r there for the customer. So attitude thora kam karey toh hi accha hai. Two stars dia bcoz location of the hotel is good
Located in a prime location of Nagaon town, service not bad but can be improved, room was clean and washroom fresh… overall had a fine experience for a single day stay. My parents loved it.
One of the worse experience ever. Reception is in 2 nd floor , no security or care taker downwards..No parking plot..No driver to park your car.. disappointed with the breakfast ( in my case it was only brade omlet and tea) and overall experience was disastrous..look at there booklet where you can find the foods.. spelling mistakes are there everywhere..will never recomend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast:
First of all they denied for complementary breakfast, even after showing them the receipt. After calling oyo representatives, we got it sorted around 10:30 am.
You will get “puri” and “sabji” only at breakfast, which is limited to only 1 bowl of sabji and 3 pieces of puri and those puri were the thinnest “puri” i have ever seen in my whole life.
In Hotel Restaurant:
Whatever food I order, they are like “no sir its not available”, They don’t even have any Desserts and Beverages in stock, like nothing in there, There are no timings mentioned in the menu book, late night food are not available, from 2 am to 8 am. I was awake for my office work so I had to spend whole night without eating a single food.
Hotel Room:
I have seen the first hotel in my life, which fitted their AC outdoor unit inside Washroom/Bathroom!!! like seriously!!! So there is excessive heat in the washroom , which makes it completely useless. The room has only 2 plug points 1 is for TV and both plug points are far far away from bed. No light lamps, only 1 switch for lights which turns on all lights and turns off all together.
Hotel Crew:
They don’t have a proper Dress-code, so its hard to find who works for hotel and who is guest, and also they only speak local language, don’t speak Hindi or English, which makes it hard to have a proper conversation with them.
Shower kits were not provided regularly, No hospitality trays along with kettle were provided for tea and coffees.
