  1. Overall it’s a Pathetic experience. Stayed here on 13th Aug’24 with Family.
Linen quality is old & stained, fungus on wall corners, cockroach & insects in room and worst of all, Service is TERRIBLE. They say breakfast starts at 7AM but can’t serve you simple breakfast till 7.30-8.00 AM, Make you wait lying it’s on the way. That’s not all. Please check your bills properly else they will charge you the food bill twice !!
    Very unprofessional.

  2. Our rooms were booked from goibibo and by reaching at the resort at evening they denied.
Have confirmed twice to the hotel after booking by calling them. Poor experience as they then transferred us to below par resort.
Do check with them before booking

  3. The room beside the reception counter is terribly uncomfortable. No service, had to ask to everything. Doesn’t provide any soap. Very hard to find even with google map. Very far from the market .
Overall never coming here again even by mistake.
Note : the rooms on the first floor look nice and tidy but don’t know if it is or not

  4. Never book this hotel through online booking portals. We had booked it a day before through MMT and when we arrived the receptionist informed us that they donot have any room vacant in their hotel. They have other hotels and they can shift us there. And this happened when we reached at night at around 9pm
However in the afternoon when we tried to confirm our booking no one informed us about this situation. They had 10 different numbers and most of them were not reachable. One number got connected and told us that we will get a call from the reservation team. And when the reservation staff called they said it’s confirmed.
After we reach hotel, they were playing the blame game between the reception and reservation team and not being helpful at all. They said their manager Sanju had informed the reservation team from Delhi (third party) that the hotel is full. And reservation team told us over call they didn’t receive any update from manager. So unprofessional and so horrible experience. We had to argue for about half an hour and then they gave us a room which was booked by someone else and directed the other party to go to another hotel of theirs.
Rooms shown in photos are not an exact match. We had to basically argue to get our own booked room from the hoteliers.

  5. Terrible place – unclean rooms, bad breakfast experience – tasteless potato with pooris. Boiled eggs ( supposed to be eggs to order) and no bread for toast. No salt pepper.
No service to speak of. No ability to understand needs. No intent to serve.
Everything had to be asked for – soap, towels, clean sheets.
Even the eggs had to be demanded.
    Just avoid this place.

So much potential, but screwed it up
