It’s highly disappointing on visit of restaurant on Sunday, The menu is restricted to small no variety, they say to control the crowd the reduce the items. Customers visit for variety but they are restricted. And manager least bothered to visit customer place to discuss on request also.
Hotel room was very clean and hygienic. Food we ordered was very tasty. Room Service guy was very polite and quick. Reception guy was also very quick in addressing needs.
Our overall stay at this hotel was awesome and free from troubles. It was a comfortable stay.

AC is not working I have given feed back to Manager but Worst behaviour of the Manager.
He is not even eligible for Manager post he doesn’t knows his responsibilities not even taking ownership of his responsibilities.
Regarding food ok as per price but not so delicious.
Can Improve more by staff training and behaviour resources are not utilised properly by management
This is called actual fine dining, pleasent ambience, very good taste, I am visiting this restaurant from 7 years same authentic taste,
Frequently I come here from KURNOOL only to eat in Pallas Pride because I couldn’t find this kind of VEG Restaurant in Kurnool also

Delicious taste as usual, but prices are a tad high. Still worth trying for the variety and flavors they offer.
