  1. Very much awful. The rooms are not clean. The flooring was damaged. The rest rooms are not clean. The beds were dirty. We had a very worst experience with 🪳 cockroaches and mosquitoes. The rooms are not tidy. There were no service providers. The bed covers and pillow covers were not changed. They are not suitable for family members. We booked through make my trip app.i suggest you that you had better visit the room before booking.

  2. Very bad experience. This hotel is completely broke. There are no staff to assist you with anything, there are 0 facilities, there is no option for hot water, water keeps leaking through out the ceiling 24*7. I have previously been to many hotels, I have seen even worse but they charge accordingly. Here, with 0 facilities, just 1 staff they charge extremely high. The staff and receptionist are very rude. When I booked I asked for the room pictures, they sent me pictures on WhatsApp which are no way related to this hotel. None of the image they sent was even closer to the reality. Burnt my money.

    1. My recent stay at alana unfortunately did not meet my expectations.

    Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and inefficient, leading to frustration after a long journey.

    3. **Room Condition:**
    The room I was assigned to was not properly cleaned, with visible stains on the bedding and a lingering odor.

    4. **Amenities and Facilities:**
    The hotel’s amenities were not well-maintained and fell short .

    5. **Customer Service:**
    The staff’s attitude was indifferent, and when I tried to address my concerns, they were unresponsive and dismissive.

    6. **Noise and Disturbance:**
    Throughout the night, there was excessive noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

    7. **Hygiene and Sanitation:**
    I also had concerns about the overall hygiene and sanitation measures, especially given the current circumstances.

    8. **Conclusion:**
    Overall, my experience at alana was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others based on these factors.
    I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the unsatisfactory condition of the hotel room I booked for 1 night under the reservation

    Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the room is in a severely dilapidated state, far below the standards expected for the price paid. No proper cleaning, broken amenities, odors, hair on bedsheets, damaged ceiling, no hot water, seepage walls, unplastering walls, etc. They had given me a store room to stay. This not only poses a significant inconvenience but also raises concerns for my health and safety during my stay.

    Given the unacceptable condition of the room, I kindly request the following:

    1. Immediate assistance in vacating the room.

    2. Hotel the duration of my stay, as the room provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards.

    3. Assurance of prompt action to address the issues raised to prevent similar incidents in the future.

    I have attached photos/documents documenting the condition of the room for your reference. I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a swift resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold your reputation for quality service.

  4. One of the oldest hotels, nearby bus stop. Rooms maintenance is very poor. The taps and other things not having proper maintenance. It’s ok for one night stay but beyond 1 day can’t be suggested.

  5. Alana will delivery exactly what it has mentioned in its services, terms and conditions. Smoking is allowed inside the premises, hence lot of stinking smell, in fact smoke smell starts from reception itself. Anyone can get a room and can stay, anyone (like food delivery boys etc) can walk around anywhere. Washrooms are not clean at all, sink was broken, toiletries are very old and stinks to the next level. AC works well, but stinks . There is no ventilation at all, no windows, no ducts, absolutely no sun light at all, not sure why everything was closed. Beds are old ones and not in proper shape. Not able to notice any service staff expect one cleaning lady and another person (like a service staff, not sure), but there are 2 – 3 reception persons. Parking is at basement and it is very small, narrow and zigzagged, to and from from parking is very hard and there are chances of getting scratches on vehicle around corners.

    Not recommended for families who are visiting Vijayawada for temple. People (especially singles, friends etc.) who want to enjoy can go there without any doubt as it is value for money (around 1200 including GST for double occupancy room).

    After I left the hotel, got to know that hotel got bad reviews from others as well, even locals say that.
