We stayed at standard rooms. They’re great value for money. The staff is courtious, friendly and very attentive. Food & ambience is great. Beach nearby is scenic and less crowded. Overall very good place to stay, would highly recommend it. Best part is, it’s pet friendly.

We had a wonderful two nights stay at the resort and we loved everything which is part of this simple yet impressive view of the Arabian sea ⛵.
They are best at their service n food.
Kids will also feel engaged with the pool, Snooker, TT.. lot more.
Beach access is a little challenging and I hope soon they fix it for the guests to have hassle free access to the beach.

Excellent resort, has everything you can expect and the view is breathtaking from the restaurant/bar area. Would recommend to all type of visitors, has a pool, snooker table, table tennis, and is kid friendly, they rent scooters and the rental is very fair and for 24hours rather than the traditional one day rental which means return the same day instead of when you picked it up, 24hours later. My view was breathtaking from the room, and I had the pleasure of witnessing the beautiful sunset multiple times. Would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and unmatched consideration. The next point wasn’t a big issue for me, as I am a deep sleeper, however my particular room was right next to the kitchen and staff area and I constantly encountered noise from this area, dishes banging, staff talking etc, again it was not a deal breaker for me, but it will be for others, it would be been awesome if I didn’t have this slight issue because this would be a 5-star resort tucked away in goas party central. I am reluctantly giving this 4-stars but it deserves 5.
This is a unique property, one of the very few truly amazing spots in the world between Vagator and Ozran beaches, fully capitalising on the scenic views by its brilliant architectural design. Anywhere you are at the property you see the ocean. Just out of the room – ocean views. Getting to parking – ocean views. Everywhere. The hotel rents out scooters, new and well maintained, mine had less than 2,000km on the clock. The service is impeccable, breakfast is brilliant (though, I don’t eat much), and the service and general approach of the staff is 5 stars: Friendly, and good advice about local attractions. I’ve booked 2 nights, but stayed 5, and used the brilliant hotel and scooter as a “home base” to explore all north of Goa. This place is a definite repeat.
Disclaimer 1: Location is brilliant only if you are fully mobile with a rented car or a scooter.
Disclaimer 2: You may notice in other reviews mentions of party sounds at night from neighbouring clubs – I’ve requested to be in the quiet wing, and it was not an issue at all.
