A nightmare. False gmap reviews. Behavior at front desk is pathetic. Was transiting for work. The rooms were untidy, bathrooms unclean and leaking. Water in soap dispenser(a new employee, filled it with water as he didnt know its for soap). Wash basin drainage was onto bathroom floor(video attached). Never getting into this property. One egg roll took 1hr to arrive. The manager upgraded me to higher category, that also needed some monitored cleaning of room and change of linens. People smoking in corridors and everywhere else.
Dirty room, stained curtains, smelly bathroom. No electricity for 3 hours during our stay
Had a lovely stay with my cousin’s . It is one of the best guest houses in Guwahati. Located in the heart of the city and very close to the Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra , the nest is totally worth the money with the kind of service they provide. The staffs are extremely helpful and has a great sense of customer convenience. Overall customer delight. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

And the receptionist guy Amit he is so polite and helpful always there for you it feels like home go for it had a nice stay
Hotel rooms are very good , but way of talking of manager(receptionist) is very bad
