  1. Good spacious rooms but very poorly maintained. No charging point near bed, all control switch are near door. Dirty sofas in room, shower doesn’t work, soap case is so loos that doesn’t hold the soap, flush button is so tight that you need both hands to press it, commode jet doesn’t work and lots of such things. And I was in their most premium room. Would not recommend to anyone.

  2. Disappointing Experience at Haveli Restaurant

I recently visited Haveli Restaurant, expecting a delightful meal, but unfortunately, the food quality was far from satisfactory. The dishes lacked flavor, and several items seemed either undercooked or stale. For a place with such a great reputation, it was surprising to find that the freshness and taste of the food were not up to the mark.

The service was fine, but the poor quality of the food really overshadowed the entire experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food quality, as this could have been a much better experience.

  3. The ambience is good but sorry to say there is a lot of improvement required in the service. Even though it is written in the menu that min 20mins are required to serve, still they are taking more time to serve. We even noticed that some tables are getting their order even after coming late. So this needs to be looked into. Also, the food is not up to the mark, as per the place and prices are hiked.

  4. The experience at Haveli was not up to mark. Over-hyped and overrated. The menu is pricey. The furniture is worn out. Service needs a lot of improvement. Though not too crowded, the staff seems to be lost and clueless. You have to virtually call out to seek their attention. There are many good Dhabas and Restaurants nearby, which can be explored and enjoyed. AVOID.
