In search of peace and away from the crowd, I sought out a place where I could stay and relax. My stay of two days at this place was excellent. The room had a beautiful view of the hills, and the place was wonderful. Overall food and the room services are also matching up the standards. Highly recommended for a solo/romantic/family getaways
Splendid location for rooms and effortless luxurious settling. The access road was a bit messy due to the tropical rains. But still accessible. If you require wheel chair access or senior citizens who can’t climb up the stairs talk to the team before booking to ensure they give you easy access rooms provided they are not completely booked. Amazing experience with the family, calm and relaxing.
Nice view from the room. Food is very good for the price. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this place.
I recently stayed at this resort, located in a serene village 6km away from the town. The surroundings were perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The stay was good, and the food was above average. However, there were some issues that marred my experience. The bathroom had a clogged water problem, and a large floor wiper was left in the toilet. The geyser wasn’t working properly, and the TV wasn’t connected until nightfall.
What really got me angry was being forced to give a rating by the person in charge, which felt pushy and unnecessary.
Overall, I’d recommend this resort for its peaceful atmosphere, but hope they improve their maintenance and customer service.
We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in Deluxe room.
1. The property is as same as photos in Google and booking sites. I had visited some other properties, but those other properties has huge difference on photo and realty.
2. Booking is very simple. They do have whatsapp support and best customer care number. They helped me in booking and simplified the process
3. Room is very neat and good size. Recommend luggage rake and cloth hangers should be available to ease. Not a compliant, just a suggestion
4. Food varieties are really good. Good options for buffet though limited. They use Very very fresh chicken which enriched the taste.
5. Finally the service team is awesome. Very helpful, reachable and supportive
Overall great experience in stay and felt satisfied.
