We stayed there for two days. We booked ac room which they took 1400 for two person per day. After entering the room we noticed that the ac is not working which is not cooling the room as it should be. We complained about it. The owner started shouting saying ac is cooling the room. We asked him send someone to check the ac. The owner refused it saying the ac is fine. Since we have a very important work there and there is no other hotels available nearby. We stayed there. I request people not to book this hotel. And if you have to book also book non ac rooms because there ac was not working. If u book ac rooms please check it.
Basic hotel … doesnt match with the price they charge ..

Stayed in Avoy Bhavan from 26.03.2024 to 28.03.2024 and the stay was amazing. The service provided by the Manager Mr Chakraborty and the staff was splendid.The food was very well prepared and was tasty with very less spice. They took very good care of the guest and the hotel was very hygenic.Keep up the good service.
Nice accommodation with excellent room facilities. Available all types of food with very good quality. House keeping is also good.
Very homely stay. Clean and hygienic rooms. Staff boys are very polite and soft spoken. Even the owner is easily available and always at customers service.
