  1. One of the most unique properties, I have ever stayed in. So much to see so much to do and so much to eat . The staff, The owner and the vibe of this place is just absolutely amazing. In my opinion, the best time to come would be in September when the apples are ripe . I stayed here in the month of July, where it just started to rain, so it was a pleasant experience
Would definitely recommend people to come here for at least 3 to 4 days, so they can do couple of trek and truly enjoy the property

  2. Guess one of the best & a very old property in Sangla, Batseri.
It is right on the banks of the river baspa, surrounded by mountains. You can hear the roaring river all the time but can’t see it from the rooms. However the views are quite stunning.
The rooms are well maintained, basic, but clean. The sit out in our rooms was quite good. There’s no television or wifi in the rooms.
The breakfast is quite basic & could be improved.
However the lunch & dinner al a carte menu although can be limited at times is very good. The barbecue & bonfire are great during the colder nights.
Overall the hospitality is very warm & good , it was great to see one of the owners interacting & keenly looking after the proceedings.

  3. Although the property is beautifully made it is disappointing in terms of service. When we entered, there was no one to guide us and we had to navigate on our own. There were more dogs than guests and entire property was deserted. We came here seeing the advertisement of Chai Adda, only to realise it is an expensive affair. The rooms are very expensive so we didn’t end up staying here.

  4. Amazing & well maintained property with large rooms, large dining hall and fire place. Staff was very friendly and caring. Food was really good, on time and served hot. One of the best hotels to stay in the area.
