A very nice getaway destination.. Mr Naresh took us to ganga river and guided us to safely swim in the river. They have life jackets which makes it easy. A very humble and nice person.
Food was also very delicious served by Mr Ashish. He was also very humble.
Rooms were very clean and luxurious.
All staff was very nice and cooperative.
Overall a great place to stay.
Their pet Kiwi was also very sweet and accompanied us to ganges.
Very nice stay away from noise of the city, a must visit resort.
This was my first trip to India, and I was blown away by Banyan on the Ganges! It was cold (visited in January) and we arrived at night. But to go to sleep to the sound of the Ganges flowing past my cottage, and then to wake up to the sound of birds and the Ganges was just magical and mind blowing! There was a cremation in the distance, and we witnessed the bathing upstream following the cremation. The cows and monkeys on the banks just added to the natural beauty and peacefulness. What a perfect place to meditate and absorb the holiness of the Ganges! It was truly my favorite part of India….
There are a lot of stairs and uneven walkways (which is really part of the charm) so it is not conducive to elderly folks with physical challenges… The staff’s assistance was so appreciated! And the food was delicious!
The place is absolutely great, you will get once in a lifetime experience here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the view is mesmerizing. Every morning you’ll find a beautiful view of the holy Ganges. The staff is so well mannered and warm. The food is delicious. The rafting provided by the resort is so good. It’s highly enjoyable and the guides you’ll get are very experienced and will make you feel at ease. The people going for the activity for the same wouldn’t feel scared or uneasy even for a bit under their guidance. It’s totally worth it and you should go for this resort.
Banayan by the Ganges is a hidden pearl nestled away from the daily hustle of our mundane life.Would highly recommend it for its awesome hospitality starting from checkin till the checkout.The view is heavenly and the activities here are very immersive.
The rafting experience was the cherry on the cake.Kiwi,their German shepherd was a cutie pie and an amazing playmate for my kid.
The waterfall experience is exhilarating and an oasis in dessert.
