It was a pleasure to stay at Best Western. It’s a little off beat from the main market around 3.5 km which is a calm and quiet place. The breakfast was good but they needed to revise the menu, for a stay of three days we got almost the same menu. I must praise the staff, they were courteous, polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was an enjoyable trip.

I owner a taxi car. Everything is fine but there is no facility for the I humbly request the hotel owner to provide a room for the driver Veera so that he can escape the cold. driver,, Today is December 28th, there is a lot of snowfall, the temperature is also cold and we have no sleeping arrangements for the driver .. We spent the whole cold night in the car.
We have stayed there for 3 days and feel very comfortable. Reception, dining, security all staff are very helpful. In top floor some indoor games are also available. They are providing all the basic needs. Particularly Mr. Karnail Singh in dining taking care of us because we are senior citizens. Very best hotel to stay in Dalhousie.
We were group of friends, enjoyed our stay. All staff are very helpful specially Tanisha at front office. Shivani took extra effort to make us feel comfortable.
