It might be overwhelming rating but it is is totally worth it. One of the best hotels. The service offered is commendable. The staffs were courteous and rooms were well maintained. The food is scrumptious. I would highly recommend for a family stay.
It is near to Vizag airport and situated in an active area.
Had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. Very prompt service right from the valet, reception, room service and the restaurant . Never had a breakfast with such good spread of choice. I would say even Accor Group doesn’t have such spread of Breakfast.
Worst service !! My hand got dried up but still they never served me rice for the second time. I asked the waiter many times, he instructed the other waiter to serve me but he also failed..
Meals rate is rs171.
Food taste is medium.
They never gave me sweet.
Waste restaurant and worst service..

I recently stayed at this hotel along with family on my India visit (I live in Ireland) and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I needed little help as I had a minor health issue and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to visit the local doctor etc. The location is perfect, with easy access to main local businesses. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
Nice service, Saturday dinner tiffins are good but sometimes sweet dishes you may not find upto the mark. Sunday lunch buffet are Rs. 750/850/- where as other days lunch buffet are costing around Rs. 450/-. Near reception because of flooring photos are coming very good.
