This is the second time we stayed here in 6 months. This happened both times without us asking for room service or keeping Someone came into our room when we went out that was just 2 hours after we checked in, we found out because the towels we used were removed, when asked the manager who was sent and why they went into our rooms without our permission, they had no answer. Our room was supposed to be our personal space, our valuables were out in the open in our room and staff and manager just kept saying no one went, and had no answer when I asked about the towels. No request was made for room keeping etc from our side. No one cared, this was a violation our privacy. Not expected from best western. Don’t feel safe here. Ac was not working for 6 hours, almost empty toiletries were provided.
We stayed just for a night, and someone was our room when we went out, we found out because the towels we used were removed, when asked the manager and staff just kept saying no one went in but failed to investigate this major issue of safety and privacy. Not expected from this brand of hotels. Food is good but they put a almost empty/used shampoo bottle in our room when we checked in. Ac keeps turning off in the middle of the night, not a pleasant experience.
Took two rooms for two days, good breakfast. shower wasn’t working, refrigerator too, our rooms were entered by staff when we were not present as soon as we went out the first day, without our permission. We didn’t ask for room keeping.
I had a bad experience at this hotel recently 2 days back. Refrigerator is there but not working, they even had an extra blanket as water was spilled over, they have restaurant no tandoor.
Even after asking they didn’t turned on AC in restaurant when there were only our family sitting but when there were more people they turned it on.
I dont recommend this hotel at all, they even didn’t took feedback from customer.
The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was very small. The staff was terrible at responding to requests. It took them five or six tries to bring me a water bottle. I asked for an extra bed, but they only brought a fat mattress without a pillow and blanket which was not that comfortable. It was a really bad experience overall.
