Rooms are good and location as well. But the boys on reception don’t know the H of hospitality, just local boys spending good time resting in sofas and behaving as if they r renting there property for free. Don’t waste your precious time and money arguing with such people.
Worst hotel in all over rohtak , there is no parking, hotel receptionist told me if you park near the hotel than aapki car ko koi bhi utha skta h. Is this the behaviour against your guest…You guys really want your guests happily stay at your hotel. Change your attitude. Jo guest hotel book krne aate h unki okat tumse kahi jayada h, apni okaat ko pehchano or behave nicely to your guests
Sasta dekh kr plz is hotel ko book na kre. One of the worst experiences of my life during check in this hotel they denied my check in after confirmation of my booking from Goibibo. Ghatiya receptionist or ganwaar staff
Please Goibibo take solid action against this ghatiya hotel
Worst experience I have ever received from any hotel staff in the town or out anywhere also parking less
Could be a better place to stay if the staff over there is well educated
