I stayed here for two night. The staff was quite polite and made us feel very comfortable. It’s a peaceful place. Rooms were good & spacious. Food was also good & the hospitality i got impressed me a lot. Honestly, when ever next we plan for Nainital, I would like to stay here only.
I stayed here for one night. The staff was quite polite and made us feel very comfortable. It’s a peaceful place. In the morning we enjoyed walking around the property while sipping our coffee, looking at the beautiful view. Honestly, if I ever go back to Nainital, I would like to stay here only.
Excellent place who wants to stay away from hustle bustle of mall road & wants spacious rooms with excellent services. You can reach to the location from parking lot near Masjid by walk of 15 minutes depending on your fitness. Food choices are limited that’s the downside of you consider but for property with 11 rooms only its worth ignoring.
My parents stayed and loved it. Exceptional service. They upgraded our room without any charge. The food was amazing. They took very good care of our driver also.
We recentlyvisited the property and had the most unpleasant experience for the price we’ve paid.
We paid for signature rooms and we intead recieved classic and signature room where the doors were not closing.
There was no light for 4 hours noone to start the generator.
We had to sleep on the floor as the other room we were provided was not closing

Overall the experience wasnt pleasant.
