The resort is located close to Radhanagar beach, just about a kilometer away. The rooms are decent but somewhat small, and the service provided by the hotel staff is quite lacking. It’s only worthwhile if you manage to book for under 2,000. The food is good, but the service is slow, and they prepare all the dishes at once, so it’s best to order everything together; requesting some extra chapatis will also extend the waiting time significantly.
We have spent 3 nights. The room was nice even though there were some things a little malfunctioning (fan, shower). Everybody was friendly to us but there was a gap in understanding. As foreign tourists it would have been apropriate to explain a little more about the food options for example.
Very close to radhanagar beach. Big advantage. Mama khan receptionist is extremely helpful and makes sure everything is done as you planned. One disadvantage: water heater not working. But apart from that the stay and the morning breakfast were excellent!

1. The rooms are the worst. We stayed there for 2N 3D. It is not what it is in the photos. Our room literally had LIZARDS in it.
2. In the photos it might seem like it is in front of the beach but it is not. It is aprox. 200m away from the beach. It is built further inside a school property. There is a school in front of it and you’ll have to cross it and the school ground to reach the hotel.
3. We booked the cottages thinking that they will be like “cottages”, but its not. These so called cottages are made on the roof of the hotel. they are just normal rooms that looks like cottages.
4. The food is the worst. They don’t know how to prepare food. Don’t eat food there or anywhere nearby. You can eat at TSG, it is a good option.
5. The staff. OMG, they are the most annoying people you’ll ever meet in your life. They are so slow and idk they are dumb??. They won’t understand what you say. There were two instances when we ordered tea and they delivered tea to some other room, both times.
6. The entire hotel is not a hotel. When you’ll get there you will realise that someone has transformed their house into a so called resort or hotel.
7. There is no signal ther. Only BSNL comes there. Their wifi dose’nt even work properly.
8. The surrounding area is also very bad. It is very unpleasent.
We booked a package that is why we had to go through this worse experience. Please refrain from booking in this property.
All the staff and services are excellent. Rooms, toilets and dining services are very nice. Anybody can enjoy Radhanagar Beach by staying in this resort.
