Great place to stay in Silchar. The best in my opinion. The staff is very attentive and has a quick response time. The rooms are neat and clean. Spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. The view is also not bad. Accessibility to this hotel is also very easy. Has a swimming pool. The food is good especially the breakfast which is fantastic. My only small suggestion is for the hot water system to be more up-to-date as I had to wait for sometime to get hot water and sometimes, there was only lukewarm water even though the faucet was turned to maximum hot indicator. Aside from this, the hotel is amazing. Kudos!
Had a very pleasant experience during my stay here. The rooms and the service exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. There were quite a few options for breakfast as well and the quality was quite satisfactory. Would definitely stay here if I’m in town again.
This time we take suit room, so it’s good.
But the service and quality of foods are pathetic.
Whatever instruction we gave it was not matched. Unprofessional employees in so called 4star hotel.
Not value for money and I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel.
Rooms are better than expectation, washroom fittings are all seems brand new. Restaurant is big & spacious. Staff are well behaved & professional.
The room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was clean and should be provided with an exhaust fan. Service was perfect.Location was awesome.
